These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Munduro at munduro.com (the “Service”), operated by NestCalc.ai LLC (“Munduro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, starting the free trial or buying the Lifetime unlock, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Description of Service
Munduro helps you decide whether and where to retire abroad, early or on time. It estimates what your own lifestyle would cost at home and in 50 countries, when you could retire, and what changes would get you there, and it lists what to know before you go.
The Service is offered as follows:

Free trial — every feature, free for 14 days from the moment you start it in a browser. It needs no account and no payment, and nothing is charged or bought for you when it ends.
•
Free — after the trial, your plan for one country, with the top 3 Know Before You Go items for it, stays free.
•
Lifetime unlock — a one-time purchase that keeps every feature: every country rated for you, every way to stay, the full Know Before You Go and phrases, and the planning tools. It does not expire for as long as Munduro is offered.
Every purchase is a single payment: nothing recurs, nothing continues on its own, and nothing is charged again.
The price is shown on the Service before you buy. Features, pricing, and what the free tier and the Lifetime unlock include are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes as described in Section 14.
3. Your Data and Your Device
The Service works without an account. Your answers, your plan and, if you bought it, your Lifetime key are stored in your browser, on your device, as our Privacy Policy describes. If you clear your browser’s data, use another browser or device, or use Start over, your answers and your plan are gone, and we cannot restore them, because we never receive them. A Lifetime unlock can be restored in another browser or on another device with Restore purchase, in Account, using the email address and the last 4 digits of the card you paid with. Accounts may be offered later; if they are, these Terms will be updated to cover them.
4. Purchases & Payment Terms
The Lifetime unlock is sold on munduro.com by Stripe as merchant of record, through Stripe Managed Payments: Stripe is the seller of the purchase, collects any sales tax, VAT or GST due on it, issues your receipt, and handles payment support and payment disputes, under the payment terms shown at checkout. By buying the Lifetime unlock, you agree to the following:

One-time purchase: The Lifetime unlock is a single payment. It does not expire for as long as Munduro is offered, there is no recurring billing, and nothing is charged again.
•
Free trial: Starting the 14-day trial costs nothing. When the trial ends, nothing is charged and nothing is bought for you.
•
Immediate access: The full app unlocks as soon as your payment goes through. By buying, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in some countries, such as the EU and the UK, otherwise have for digital content. This does not affect the refund policy in Section 5.
•
Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect. Price changes apply only to future purchases, never to an unlock you already own.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. In short: if you ask within 14 days of buying the Lifetime unlock on the web, we refund it in full; Stripe, as merchant of record, may also refund a web purchase when you contact Stripe’s support. To ask for a refund, email support@nestcalc.ai with the email address you entered at checkout.
6. Purchases in the Phone Apps
Purchases made in the Munduro apps for iPhone, iPad and Android go through the App Store or Google Play, under that store’s own terms. The store you buy through takes the payment and issues your receipt.
Refunds for those purchases come from the store you bought through (Apple or Google), under its own refund policy, as our Refund Policy explains.
Purchases made on munduro.com keep their own terms, in Sections 4 and 5.
7. Not Financial, Tax, Legal or Immigration Advice
The Service estimates what a lifestyle might cost at home and abroad, when you might retire, and what might change that, from public data, research values and the answers you give. You acknowledge and agree that:

Results are estimates, shown as a best estimate with a modest range, not guarantees or predictions. They rest on assumptions — such as returns, withdrawal rates, inflation and tax — that are listed on How we estimate, and real outcomes will differ.
•
Costs, exchange rates, healthcare prices, fares and country information can be out of date, approximate or wrong, and coverage can change without notice. Exchange rates are reference rates, not rates at which you can exchange money.
•
Know Before You Go summarizes official pages as checked on the date shown, and what people report. Visa, residency, tax, healthcare and benefit rules change; always confirm them with the official source.
•
Munduro is NOT a financial advisor, investment advisor, tax advisor, attorney, immigration consultant, broker, or licensed professional of any kind, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to retire, move, invest, buy, sell or exchange anything.
•
You are solely responsible for your decisions. Consult licensed professionals before making financial, tax, legal or immigration decisions.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you assume all risk associated with your decisions and that Munduro bears no responsibility for those outcomes.
8. Data Sources & Attribution
Munduro is built on public data, credited here and on How we estimate:
•
Price levels: World Bank, World Development Indicators (price level ratio of PPP conversion factor to market exchange rate, PA.NUS.PRVT.PLI), licensed under CC BY 4.0 (creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0). Munduro combines it with other data to price lifestyles abroad.
•
US spending: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Consumer Expenditure Surveys and the Consumer Price Index (CPI-U), retrieved 2026-10-13 through the BLS Public Data API, with renter-household rows as republished by FRED, Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. BLS.gov cannot vouch for the data or analyses derived from these data after the data have been retrieved from BLS.gov.
•
US regional prices: U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis, Regional Price Parities.
•
Launch countries: U.S. Social Security Administration, Annual Statistical Supplement, beneficiaries abroad by country.
•
Exchange rates: the European Central Bank’s euro foreign exchange reference rates, through Frankfurter; the ECB’s reference rates are available free of charge from the ECB’s website (ecb.europa.eu). Rates for 9 other currencies: Rates By Exchange Rate API (exchangerate-api.com).
None of these organizations endorses Munduro.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, methods, text, graphics, logos, and all other content created by Munduro (collectively, “Platform Content”), is the exclusive property of NestCalc.ai LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party data is used under the terms of its source, credited in Section 8.
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service (your answers and plan settings). It is stored on your device, and we claim no ownership of it.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
•
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
•
Access or attempt to access the Service’s servers or systems through unauthorized means
•
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service’s results, research values or content
•
Use the Service to develop a competing product or service
•
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks
•
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
•
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Violation of these terms may result in losing access to the Service without refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

Munduro’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
•
IN NO EVENT SHALL Munduro BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, regardless of the theory of liability.

This limitation applies even if Munduro has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
12. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, not in court. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and shall take place in Wyoming or remotely, at the election of the claimant.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Munduro.
Individual Claims Only
All claims must be brought in the parties’ individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Exceptions
Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court’s jurisdictional limits. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
13. Termination
By Munduro: We reserve the right to suspend or end your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
By You: You may stop using the Service at any time. There is nothing to cancel: the free trial ends on its own, and the Lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase. You can delete what the Service stored as described on our Delete your data page.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 11, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, showing a notice in the Service. Changes required by law, or made to protect the security of the Service or its users, take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
