Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Munduro, operated by NestCalc.ai LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. It is part of our Terms of Use.

The free trial needs no payment, and nothing is charged when it ends, so there is nothing to refund.

The Lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase: one payment, nothing renews, and nothing is charged again. On the web it is sold by Stripe as merchant of record, through Stripe Managed Payments.

If you ask within 14 days of buying the Lifetime unlock on the web, we refund it in full. Stripe, as merchant of record, may also refund a web purchase when you contact Stripe’s support.

When a purchase is refunded in full — by us or by Stripe — the Lifetime unlock it paid for is removed: the next time Munduro checks that purchase with Stripe, each browser holding it returns to the free plan. A partial refund changes nothing.

Purchases made in the Munduro apps for iPhone, iPad and Android are refunded by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, and a refund is requested from the store you bought through (the App Store or Google Play). Web purchases keep their own refund terms, in Section 3.

For a purchase made on the web, contact us at support@nestcalc.ai with the email address you entered at checkout — it is on your receipt — and a brief description of the issue.
