Munduro has no accounts. Your plan stays on your device (in your browser on the website, in the app on your phone). The phone apps send only the first question’s pick, anonymously. If you bought the Lifetime unlock on the web, Stripe holds that purchase. This page explains what is stored where and how to remove it, on the website and in the phone apps.
What is stored, and where
•
Your answers, where you are in the questions, and your plan settings: in your browser on your device, never on our servers.
•
When your free trial started, the most recent exchange rates, your light or dark theme choice and, if you bought it, your Lifetime key: also only in your browser.
•
If you bought the Lifetime unlock: the purchase itself, with the email address and payment details you gave on Stripe’s checkout page, is held by Stripe as merchant of record; we keep Stripe’s notices of the payment and of any refund, without your name, email address or the amount.
•
Nothing else. The name of each item Munduro stores in your browser begins with “munduro.” Our host keeps standard server logs of page requests, as the Privacy Policy describes; they hold none of your answers.
How to delete it
1.
To clear your answers and your plan, open Account and tap Start over.
2.
To remove everything Munduro stored, including the trial date, the saved rates, the theme choice and a Lifetime key, clear this site’s data in your browser: open your browser’s settings for munduro.com and choose to clear or delete the site’s data.
3.
Each browser and device keeps its own copy. Repeat these steps in each one you used. Removing a Lifetime key does not cancel or refund the purchase: Restore purchase, in Account, brings it back.
Deleting takes effect at once and cannot be undone. We cannot restore your answers, because only the first question’s pick ever reaches us, anonymously. Deleting does not cancel anything, because nothing renews: the free trial needs no payment, and the Lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase.
In the phone apps
•
Everything the app stores (your answers, your plan, when your free trial started, the saved rates and your language and theme choices) is stored on your phone (and, on Android, possibly in your Google backup). Start over, in Account, clears your answers and your plan; uninstalling the app removes everything it stored.
•
On Android, your phone may also keep a copy in its backup to your Google account. To remove it, uninstall the app and delete the app’s backup from your Google account’s backup settings, or turn backup off before you install the app again.
•
The app-usage events and crash reports the apps send to Google Firebase carry no name, email address or id we assign, so they cannot be traced back to you; Google deletes them under its own retention policies.
•
A purchase made in the phone apps is held by Apple or Google, and RevenueCat holds its history under the app’s anonymous id. To have that history and an Android trial’s start deleted, email support@nestcalc.ai; Apple and Google keep their own records under their policies.
Emailed us?
If you emailed us, you can have your messages deleted: email support@nestcalc.ai from the same address with a subject like “Delete my data.” No reason or explanation is required.
Accounts are not offered yet. When they arrive, they will be optional, and you will be able to have your account and its data deleted by emailing support@nestcalc.ai. This page will then list the exact steps.
For the full detail on what we collect and how it is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
